1. Shipping Locations
PickSuri currently ships only within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
We are committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping services across the U.S. If you live in an area that may have longer delivery times or unique shipping requirements, please feel free to contact our customer service team for additional assistance.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options to cater to your needs. Shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you select and the destination address.
- Standard Shipping: This is our most affordable option and generally delivers within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, this method usually takes 2-3 business days after shipment.
- Express Shipping: This option guarantees delivery within 1-2 business days for an additional fee.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your order. If you qualify for free shipping promotions, this will also be reflected at checkout.
- Free Shipping: PickSuri offers free standard shipping for orders over a specified amount (e.g., $50). The free shipping offer may be subject to change based on specific promotions or terms.
- Shipping Fees for International Orders: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods (e.g., holiday seasons), processing and shipping may take longer. We will notify you via email if any delays occur.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your shipment online. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your delivery directly through the shipping carrier.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system after receiving the tracking number.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all information you provide, including your shipping address, is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If you realize that you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@picksuri.com or 410-671-7530 so we can attempt to correct it before your order ships. However, we cannot guarantee address changes once the order is in transit.
7. Delivery Times
The estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.
Please note that these times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances such as inclement weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
8. Shipping Delays
While we aim to ship orders promptly, there may be situations beyond our control that could lead to delays. These include, but are not limited to:

- Carrier delays (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS)

- Order volume spikes (e.g., during sale periods or holidays)
In case of delays, we will do our best to inform you promptly. We encourage you to track your shipment using the tracking information we provide to stay updated on your order’s status.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@picksuri.com or 410-671-7530. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or a refund for lost or damaged items.
Please retain all packaging and any documentation related to the damaged shipment for our records.
10. Signature Requirement
For certain orders, especially those of high value or shipped via expedited services, a signature upon delivery may be required. If you are unavailable to sign for the package, the carrier may attempt delivery on the next business day or leave a notice for re-delivery.
If you prefer a signature-free delivery, please ensure this option is selected during checkout, if available.
11. Incorrect or Refused Shipments
If a package is returned to PickSuri due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the recipient refuses the shipment, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package. Refunds will only be issued if the items are returned in their original, unused condition, in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
12. Changes to the Shipment Policy
PickSuri reserves the right to modify or update this Shipment Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” We recommend reviewing this policy periodically for the latest shipping terms.
